Prayeradigm Shift for Youth
In February of 2024, ninety-nine high school students from eight schools and a home school co-op in the North Pacific Union gathered at Camp MiVoden in Hayden, Idaho, to participate in a prayer retreat for youth. The retreat focused on teaching principles of prayer, helping youth grow in prayer in their lives, and empowering the youth to share what they learned.
Pavel Goia was the speaker, and he shared many stories of the power of prayer and how he has experienced God’s presence and work in his life.
How To Participate
We invite you to experience this series by going through the materials with a partner or a small group. You may also participate by yourself, but in order to get the fullest benefit and blessing, we encourage you to find at least one other person to journey together with you.
There are a total of 18 video Lessons, each around 20 minutes in length. A booklet has been created to go with the videos that has key points, reflections questions, prayer focuses, and a challenge to go along with each lesson. The videos and booklet can be accessed below.

Meet Our Speaker
Pavel Goia is the Associate Ministerial Secretary for the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. He is known for his testimonies of God’s miraculous power. He will be sharing messages with powerful and practical Biblical principles on prayer, and unpacking how God desires to align our prayeradigms with His prayeradigm. The stories from his own life will inspire you, grow your faith, and challenge you to seek a deeper relationship with God.
Pavel has been an eye witness to countless miracles throughout his life, and many of these are chronicled in the book, One Miracle After Another: The Pavel Goia Story, by Gregg Budd.
Pavel’s message for us is that God longs to be involved in each of our lives in ways we have never imagined.
